Pure Worship battles hypocrisy

Mal 1:9-11

• Hypocrisy is our attempt to manipulate God (through score-keeping, deal-making, or pretending distance is safety)
• We think we can hide but cannot
• His greatness is pervasive - every time and place

Pure Worship transforms us

Mal 2:1-4, Psa 115:1-8, Heb 12:1-3

• There are immediate and generational consequences
• What we behold is what we become

We cannot see Him without His intervention - we need new eyes, new lenses.
