John 5:18-24

Four Realities

1. Imitation
   • At same time, in same way, to same degree
   • From identity, a lived imitation (Eph 5:1)
2. Revelation
   • Shares Himself because of love
   • The Son's response shows us the Father (John 14:9)
3. Creation
   • Life is the prerogative of Creator
   • Jesus gives life (John 10:10)
4. Salvation
   • Everyone faces Jesus the judge
   • No one gets the Father without Him

1. Jesus is true to His Word
2. Jesus has the power of life and death
3. Jesus alone can carry our sin
4. Jesus will deal with evil
